On October 31, the investment promotion event and practice base plaque awarding ceremony of Huadu District United Front, under the theme of the "Work and Win Together”, was held at the Ji Hotel in Huadu Auto City. At the event, 10 projects were signed with a total expected investment of 1.815 billion yuan, covering multiple industries, including technology promotion, public healthcare, automobile sales, and jewelry. Ceremony was also held to award plaques to the Work Stations for Non-Party Intellectuals and the Innovation Practice Base for People from New Social Strata, as a move to bring together united front strength for high-quality development of Huadu.

Relevant leaders from the United Front Work Department of CPC Guangzhou Committee fully recognized the achievements of Huadu District's United Front in investment promotion, "base construction", and other fields. and it was expected that Huadu's United Front would promptly organize its members to study and understand the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and seize the opportunities of the "15th Five-Year Plan", would deepen understanding of the role investment promotion work plays in achieving the overall objectives of the "15th Five-Year Plan", would gather united front forces to attract major investment; would focus on economic development goals while implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session, and would help continuously optimize the business environment, stay with enterprises, enhance service awareness, actively address and solve problems, protect the development of private enterprises, and contribute more of Huadu Experience and united front wisdom to advance the city's united front work in servicing investment promotion and economic growth.

Huadu is currently at a critical stage of accelerated transformation and catching up. Relevant leaders of the District requested that the the united front department take practical measures to speed up the progress of all stages of project, from approval, and construction, to production, further improve the "implementation rate" of project construction, and help projects commence, break ground, and deliver results as early as possible, making the united front an important support for investment promotion in the new era; and that it should also provide attentive service and improve the environment to raise project investment satisfaction. It is necessary to fully implement Huadu District's 26 pro-business and enterprise policies, properly carry out activities related to Guangzhou's "Private Economy Service Week" in 2025, take pragmatic measures to optimize services and guarantees, attract more enterprises to settle, invest, and flourish in Huadu; and to leverage advantages and plan systematically to enhance the influence and impact of the bases. Taking the Work Stations for Non-Party Intellectuals and the Innovation Practice Bases for People from New Social Strata as the main platforms for influence, the base construction as the lever, and unique activities as the tie, the united front department shall continue to play a catalytic role in uniting jthe united front personages, serving regional development, and cultivate the growth of non-party intellectuals and people from new social strata.

Since the beginning of this year, Huadu District's United Front, closely focused on the main tasks of "boost the economy, ensure security, host the Games, and improve quality," and concentrating on key tasks such as investment promotion and the "Hundred, Thousand, and Ten Thousand" project, fully motivated members from all fields, and leveraged the united front's advantages in talent, intelligence, and connections, to unite all forces to participate in investment promotion for Huadu District, injecting new momentum into the high-quality economic development of Huadu Districty. As of now, four investment promotion events themed on "Work and Win Together" have been held, and the results are 29 industrial projects successfully signed, with a total investment exceeding 3 billion yuan.

The event was honored by leaders from the Municipal United Front Work Department and Huadu District. Responsible officials of District government departments and street offices, and relevant enterprises from various united front organizations also participated in it.
